Trevor Lawrence threw the longest touchdown pass of his NFL career so far to reduce the deficit for the Jaguars against the Ravens on Sunday night.
While trailing 10-0 to Baltimore midway through the third quarter, Lawrence produced a sensational 65-yard pass which picked out wide receiver Jamal Agnew, who sprinted through to the endzone untouched to score Jacksonville’s first touchdown of the game.
It was an incredible piece of play by the Jaguars quarterback, who is looking to help them return to winning ways in Jacksonville after two consecutive defeats.
The Ravens took the lead on the night when their own quarterback Lamar Jackson picked out Isaiah Likely in the end zone late in the second quarter.
And after Lawrence’s sublime pass brought Jacksonville back into the game, the visitors extended their lead to 10 points once more when Gus Edwards punched in a one-yard touchdown at the start of the fourth quarter.
